Some time long ago you fell in love...with Chocolate! The sweet aroma, the velvety texture, the delicate taste and most of all the endless creative possibilities! It was that day that the Affair began.
The 13th Annual " A Chocolate Affair' held at Old National Bank's Wayne Henning Atrium will be held on Saturday, February 5th, 2011 from 7:00 - 10:00 pm. The cost for the event is $50 with all proceeds going directly to client services.
Elegant chocolate desserts from Evansville's finest restaurants and caterers, together with champagne, music, silent auction and dancing!
When you enter on the red carpet to the beautiful Old National Bank Wayne Henning Atrium it will be transformed into a magical romantic setting. You will first hear the mellow music of some of Evansville's finest... Monte Skelton, John Michael O'Leary Jass Ensemble, and Gina Moore and the Brown Sisters Band . As you walk in you will be compelled to stop at each table to taste the decandent chocolate desserts, while you are given a glass of St. Julian Rasberry or Korbel champagne. There is a cash bar that will be making some of your favorite chocolate drinks and fresh roasted coffee for those chilly winter nights.
You will want to go upstairs because of the great deals that await you with our silent auction. The evening will end dancing to Gina Moore and the Brown Sisters Band playing Proud Mary! We have been working very hard to make this an evening you will remember as " The Sweetest Event of the year!
All this to benefit the life changing work of Lampion Center!
Giving never tasted so sweet!
