To purchase tickets, please open and print the raffle order form. Fill out the order form and return by mail or in person to Lampion Center (655 S Hebron Ave, Evansville, IN 47714).

All forms and payments must be received at our office no later than June 13th to be entered into the drawing. Tickets are also available at German American Bank locations in Evansville and Newburgh, Myriad Brewing Company, and Stockwell Inn.
